Who is eligible for Vera services?

Vera Whole Health clinics are available to Amazonians and their dependents (age 3 and older) that are enrolled in an Amazon medical plan with Aetna, Cigna, or Premera Blue Cross, and live within 60 miles of a Neighborhood Health Center.

What will I pay for Vera services?

Through your Amazon benefits, Vera services are available at low- to no-cost when enrolled in an active medical plan with Aetna, Cigna, or Premera Blue Cross.

** Some services may be better treated in a physical therapy clinic. If needed, your Vera provider will refer you to our physical therapy partner to seamlessly continue your treatment.

Are Vera primary care providers accepting new patients?

All Vera providers are currently accepting new eligible patients. This includes our primary care providers (PCPs), primary care nurse practitioners, health coaches, behavioral health clinicians, and diabetes educators.

Check the hours of operation for the care center near you to confirm availability. Virtual visits are also available during care center hours.

What should I bring with me to an appointment with a Vera provider?

It's important to prepare before an appointment to make sure your primary care provider is well-informed and better equipped to deliver the highest quality care.

Here's what to bring to a Vera doctor's appointment:

Your insurance card
Your driver's license or another valid photo ID
A list of current prescription medications you're taking
A copy of your medical records from a previous primary care physician (if you have access to them)
Information about your health history, including any past surgeries or conditions
The name and contact info of your specialists

Can Vera fill prescriptions during my appointment?

Yes, each clinic has a select number of medications available to accommodate common first fill needs such as antibiotics. This provides an added convenience to leave the clinic with medication in hand. For all other prescription fills and ongoing maintenance medications you will use your local retail pharmacy or mail order service as normal.

Do you see pediatric patients?

Yes, we provide pediatric sick/acute care to patients 3-17 years old in several of our care centers. Unfortunately, we do not offer ongoing pediatric primary or preventive care at this time.
