Vera Whole Health (Vera) is an advanced primary care provider who is partnering with Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC) to offer healthcare services to JPMorganChase (JPMC) employees in the Columbus area, along with their covered spouses/domestic partners and dependents.

Vera/COPC will provide services at three JPMC offices: the Polaris, Brooksedge, and Easton sites where the JPMC Health and Wellness Centers were previously located (“on-site care centers”) as well as two care centers near JPMC’s offices in Dublin and Westerville (“near-site care centers”).

On-site care centers are available to JPMC employees only. Near-site care centers are available to employees, covered spouses/domestic partners, and dependents (aged 3+) who are enrolled in the JPMC U.S. Medical Plan.

Our advanced primary care (APC) model builds on the foundation of primary care by nurturing the patient-provider relationship with longer appointments and empathetic listening.
